Nature’s Way is a full service design/build landscape company. Over the past 47 years we have implemented both commercial and residential designs throughout the Bloomington community and surrounding counties. A large percentage of our clients have come from referrals. The following is a procedural guideline to better familiarize you with the process we follow with our landscape clients.
The typical wait time for projects requires a 6-9 month time-frame for the initial consultation and a 9-12 month time-frame for an installation. We have a minimum cost requirement of $8,000 per project.
There is a nonrefundable $100.00 consultation fee that is due at the time of consultation. During your consultation, a Nature’s Way representative will meet with you to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have while making a site inspection. During this visit we can also discuss your total budget.
In order to move on to the next phase of the design and installation presentation, we will need confirmation that you are hiring Nature’s Way as your landscaping contractor.
Once this has been established the following items will be required to expedite the process.
Mortgage survey or plat plan showing property lines and location of house
Set of house plans (both plan and elevation views)
Information on any private utilities
If applicable and available, septic field location/layout plan or geothermal
Existing hardscape plan (existing walkways, drives, patios, decks)
Provisions of the above mentioned items will help us transition into the designing process of your landscape. A presentation appointment will be scheduled with you to review and discuss design, pricing and implementation. Upon signing the contractual agreement our policy states that the client pays 1/3 of the total project cost as a deposit.
